    Great pictures! What do they call the pig, isn't it lechona in Colombia? Looks yummy! Interesting they have a cerro mesa there...

    Yeah, Lechona in Colombia, here they just call it orneado. Cost $1 for a plate full on top of hominy type corn, with onion/tomato salad on the top. :P
